M&A Tax Senior Manager – Glasgow/EdinburghOur client, a Leading advisory firm is looking to hire a highly motivated M&A / Corproate Tax Manager to join their expanding team in Glasgow or Edinburgh. The role is perfect for an experienced Manager who are looking for a change into a fast growing team or a strong experienced Assistant Manager ready to take the step up.The role involves providing expert tax advisory services on Corporate tax including complex Private Equity M&A transactions, Buy/sell due diligence, structuring, and post-deal integration. The team also works really closely to their counterparts in other locations across the UK so you will be working on projects for London clients as well.Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivery of corporate and M&A tax advisory
  • Delivery of corporate tax compliance process
  • Management of client engagements.
  • Mentoring junior team members.
  • Contribution to business development activities.
Candidate Profile:
  • ACA/CTA qualified or equivalent.
  • M&A tax experience within a professional services environment would be ideal.
  • Strong technical and commercial acumen.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
