We are looking for an SEN teaching assistants with a real passion for helping children and young people with SEN and SEMH needs. The ideal candidate will be qualified/experience. Newly qualified lvl 2 and lvl 3 Teaching assistants are welcome to apply.This is an opportunity based in Doncaster, Rotherham and Sheffield. Full time roles available

  • Pay Rate - GBP90 - GBP110 (Negotiable and dependant on experience/qualifications)
  • Hours - 8:30 am - 3:30pm : Mon - Fri (term time only)
Responsibilities:
Support and scaffold children in the classroom.
Prepare resources with the teacher.
Work effectively in Partnership with other professionals and parents/carers.
Able to adapt practice to support the varied needs of children.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
  • At least Level 2 trained
  • GCSE English and Maths grade C
TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child related references
