- Support: Supporting the lead driller in various drilling tasks and operations.
- Training: Receiving on-the-job training and potentially formal qualifications in drilling operations.
- Logistics: Assisting with site setup, moving equipment, and other logistical tasks.
- Communication: Following instructions and communicating effectively with the team.
- Attention to Detail: Accurate work and a focus on safety are crucial.
- Willingness to Learn: A strong desire to learn and develop skills in drilling operations.
- Teamwork: Working effectively with the drilling crew and other site personnel.
- Communication Skills: Clear communication is essential for following instructions and reporting issues.
- Relevant Experience: While experience is not essential, prior experience in drilling or related fields can be an advantage.
- Due to the nature of the business your job description will inevitably change and you will from time to time be required to undertake other activities within the company as directed by your management team.
- To hold a full clean UK driving licence
- To have a flexible approach to the working environment during the various
- stages of investigations.
- The role also requires flexibility in shift working hours and may involve occasional weekend working.
- The role will also, on occasion require the employee to work away from home.
- Salary £28,000 per annum
