DHL Supply Chain is the world's leading logistics company and our people are the unsung heroes who keep the cogs turning and the country running smoothly.We are currently seeking a Senior Operations Manager to oversee our dynamic team within our manufacturing operations for the prestigious Aston Martin contract.This role will aim to achieve and sustain ""best in class"" operational performance and outcomes within agreed budget parameters against a set of defined objectives and KPIs.You will deliver a significant change agenda in what can be a challenging environment both operationally and from a planning point of view including successful planning and operational delivery of Aston Martin's build requirements whilst delivering exceptional service to our customer, being the senior point of contact in a fast paced environment.Are you a seasoned leader ready for a new challenge?   • Foster a sense of teamwork among managers and colleagues by creating forums for sharing knowledge and best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance to align budget delivery with operational needs
  • Establish a regular meeting schedule, standardized documentation, and clear SLAs with the customer to consistently meet their expectations.
  • Build strong relationships with the customer's management teams to provide insights into their strategic goals.
  • Work with central SMEs to incorporate the latest operational technologies.
