
Partnerships Marketing Manager - THG Nutrition

- Responsible for briefing and optimising design strategies for all partnership products in collaboration with the Brand team, NPD and Creative Team.
- Optimise marketing plans for channels in the Myprotein marketing ecosystem, as well as identifying new opportunities to reach new audiences and hit financial targets.
- Lead specialised projects to deliver market leading innovation.
- Launch new partnerships, globally.
- Oversee the campaign development process from concept, to launch.
- Ensure each partner has a distinct role to play, that adds incrementally to our portfolio and marketing offering, working within our calendar during peak moments.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to improve customer experience - most notably the shopper marketing, brand and packaging function.
- Be the champion of creativity.
- Special requirements for this role (e.g. may include some UK travel, out of hours working, ability to attend out of office events i.e. photo shoots, event days)
- Occasional travel to packaging suppliers or THG Studios within work hours.
- Occasional domestic travel for partner meetings.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a relevant field working in partnerships marketing.
- Preferred at least 1 year working in brand or product led marketing.
- Creativity and innovation: a keen visual eye and ability to see the opportunity in novel ideas
- Strong communication skills and resilience - specifically the ability to co-ordinate and communicate marketing vision to other members of the team and external partners.
- Interpersonal skills: empathy, ability to get on with and influence a wide variety of people at all levels, including designers, marketing teams, supply chain, trading managers and senior management
- Drive for results - we are looking for accountable success and results
- Project Management: ability to prioritise and work on multiple projects at once
- Interest and knowledge in the sports, health and wellbeing markets
- Keen interest in sustainability with some level of experience.
- Relationship management experience
- Experience in FMCG or CPG A level of understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools (PPC, Email, Social, SEO, PR) and an interest in data and insights
- FMCG experience
