Shifts: Generally M-F 9-6 but flexibility for some evening work would be desireable.Excellent opportunity for those recently out of work due to redundancy or awaiting a start date in a few months.OverviewOur US financial tech MSP client wishes to employ an ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst to contribute to the operation of their client's cloud, network, server, and security services.As an ICT Infrastructure Support Analyst, you'll resolve escalated tickets for their clients' IT infrastructure. This will include Windows, Emails, SharePoint, Exchange, Servers, Networks, WiFi, and providing support for cloud services (M365/Azure) etc.Requirements
  • At least 5 years of IT support experience
  • Time spent in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365 (M365/O365), Microsoft Entra ID, Intune, Exchange, Defender, and endpoint protection.
  • Experienced with tools like DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and Group Policy.
  • Knowledge of email and security tools (Umbrella 365, INKY, Proofpoint) and email protocols (SPF, DMARC, DKIM)
  • Skilled in patching, software packaging, and modern device setup methods
