Looking to recruit a Multi Trader to join a leading Property Services Company around Stratford and surrounding areasResponsibilities:
  • Carry out responsive and planned repairs to both occupied and void properties in service area
  • Undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work to include carpentry/joinery, plumbing, tiling, external fencing etc within a social housing setting
  • Work efficiently and safety in line with best practise to achieve excellent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving licence as company van will be provided
  • NVQ 2 or equivalent in a relevant trade eg, Carpentry or Plumbing
  • Strong Health and Safety knowledge
  • Experience of working in both occupied and void properties ideally within social housing
