- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls using our dialler system
- Convert warm leads and referrals into confirmed survey or valuation sales with payment taken. This is sales role, not a just an order processing or customer services role and you will be required to display a high level of sales skills.
- Clearly explain product options, benefits, and pricing ensuring you are Fully Compliant with RICS & Countrywide Standards and Policies.
- Use a CRM system to track leads, update records, and manage follow-ups.
- Organising your own workload to ensure both active and inactive cases are managed in an efficient effective manner.
- Provide quotes and ensure timely follow-up to maximise conversion.
- Meet monthly income targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Maintain high standards of call quality, professionalism, and productivity in line with KPIs.
- Ideally 1-2 years' experience in a customer-facing or sales-based role.
- Experience working towards sales targets and KPIs within a structured environment.
- Familiarity with using a CRM system to manage and track leads.
- Confident and professional phone manner with excellent communication skills.
- A proactive and persuasive approach, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills and general computer literacy.
- Experience in the property or surveying industry is a bonus, but not essential - full training will be provided.
