This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level support on a 9-month fixed-term contract within the Investment Space. Based in London, this role requires exceptional organisational skills and a proactive approach to managing multiple priorities.Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex diaries and scheduling across multiple time zones.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, and itineraries.
  • Prepare and process expense reports in a timely manner.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the preparation of meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks to support the wider team.
  • Proactively identify and address organisational needs to ensure smooth operations.
A wonderful opportunity to join a dynamic Investment Manager on a 9 month FTC.Primarily supporting two SVP's in Private Credit & Investment and teamsThe successful EA should have:
  • Previous experience in a similar Executive Assistant role within financial services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • The ability to maintain a professional demeanour under pressure.
  • A proactive mindset and a solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
