The Payroll Supervisor will oversee payroll operations within the business, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in payroll processes and accounting practices. The role is a 12 month fixed-term contract position.
  • Manage and process payroll operations accurately and on time
  • Ensure compliance with relevant tax regulations and employment laws
  • Maintain and update payroll records, including deductions and benefits
  • Collaborate with the accounting team to reconcile payroll accounts
  • Address payroll-related queries from employees and stakeholders
  • Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required
  • Implement process improvements to enhance payroll efficiency
  • Stay updated with changes in payroll legislation and industry standards
