We are recruiting for Deputy Room Lead for our Toddler room at Twickenham Park.Job Title: Qualified Deputy Room Lead (Level 3)This role would suit anybody that has experience as an Early Years Teacher, Early Years Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Apprentice Educator, Nursery Educator or Nursery Assistant.Qualifications:

Previous experience working in a nursery or childcare setting
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children
Paediatric First Aid (preferred)
Knowledge of relevant regulations and legislation governing childcare (e.g., Safeguarding)

Duties:
Provide high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5
Create a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
Observe and assess children's development, identifying any areas of concern
