Your Aramark journey starts hereAramark UK are currently recruiting a Customer Service Assistant to join our team working at Fort George, Junior Ranks Mess - Inverness, IV2 7TDYou will be working as part of a fantastic team, serving customers, and providing excellent customer service throughout. We are very lucky to have some of the best Culinary and Catering talent that the UK has to offer working within our teams.To be eligible for this role, due to the sector requirements: you must have been a UK resident for the past 3 years and have legal right to work in the UK and be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks.What do we offer:
  • This is a full time position, 35 hours per week, Shifts range between 6am - 6.30pm, Monday - Sunday. This is a 5 over 7 post so weekend work will be expected.
  • Hourly rate £12.21

A day in the life of a Customer Service Assistant:
  • Basic food preparation and kitchen porter duties when required
  • Serving customers and operating the till, providing opportunities for upselling products, and ensuring you are always providing excellent customer service.
  • Stocking up and putting away deliveries
  • General cleaning back and front of house, making sure the unit is clean and tidy before, during and after service.
You will be set up for success if you have:
  • Must be able to pass full security vetting and DBS checks
  • Previous catering experience is desirable, however full training will be given on site.
