Temporary to permanent positionsRoles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver engaging Maths lessons adapted to the needs of SEN students.
- Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
- Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning difficulties.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to meet the individual needs of students.
- Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
- Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development.
- Qualified teacher status with expertise in Maths education.
- Previous experience working with SEN students, ideally in a special school environment.
- Strong understanding of SEN needs and effective teaching strategies.
- Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
- Right to work in the UK.
- Ability to work with teenagers in challenging environments.
