Hours: Typically 8:30 - 4:30 Full Time, 5 days a week

Temporary to permanent positionsRoles and Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver engaging Maths lessons adapted to the needs of SEN students.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued.
  • Provide tailored support to students with diverse learning difficulties.
  • Collaborate closely with colleagues and specialists to meet the individual needs of students.
  • Assess student progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers regarding student development.
Requirements:
  • Qualified teacher status with expertise in Maths education.
  • Previous experience working with SEN students, ideally in a special school environment.
  • Strong understanding of SEN needs and effective teaching strategies.
  • Possession of an enhanced DBS certificate on the update service.
  • Right to work in the UK.
  • Ability to work with teenagers in challenging environments.
