- Strong attention to detail
- Ideally with good PC skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage
- Full onsite training will be provided
- Handling general office administration tasks
- Managing telephone enquiries from both new and existing customers
- Processing sales orders, collections, and invoicing
- Preparing quotes for units and shipping
- Providing excellent customer service by assisting resellers and end users with any queries or issues
- Generating daily customer reports
- Coordinating and booking deliveries
