​My client, an innovative energy tech company helping businesses eliminate energy waste and improve profitability, is looking for an Energy Account Manager to join their growing team.In this hybrid role (3 days a week in the office), you'll manage a portfolio of B2B clients, delivering exceptional service, driving retention, and uncovering new savings and value opportunities through data-driven insights and relationship management.What's on offer:Base salary around £45,000 with OTE of £80,000Hybrid working model - 3 days per week in the officeStandard company benefits and career progressionA forward-thinking, collaborative environmentWhat you'll be doing:Managing and growing a portfolio of energy clientsDelivering energy management insights, savings analysis, and bill validationProviding regular reporting and analysis via Energy Management SystemsSupporting retention, renewals, and upsell opportunitiesWorking cross-functionally with sales and data teamsWhat we're looking for:Strong account management and customer-facing experienceExcellent Excel and data analysis skillsStrong communication, commercial acumen, and problem-solving mindsetExperience in energy, SaaS, or a similar analytical environment is a plus
