  • Deliver engineering support for power electronics testing, focusing on inverters and E-machines.
  • Collaborate with technical teams, including academia and third-party engineers, to understand and execute test requirements.
  • Prepare, install, and instrument units under test, ensuring smooth operation of test beds and programming test cells.
  • Analyse test data, diagnose issues, and implement solutions to move testing activities forward.
  • Coordinate a team of technicians to manage test preparations and commissioning activities.
  • Maintain high standards of health, safety, and quality, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
What You Will Bring:
  • Fundamental knowledge of inverters, E-machines, and power electronics.
  • Experience with rig or laboratory-based testing and evaluation processes.
  • Ability to interpret electrical circuits and diagrams, with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving, using software tools to identify and resolve issues.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a structured approach to managing concurrent activities.
  • Knowledge of hybrid and Battery electric vehicles (Preferred)
