🕘 Full-Time | On-siteA medically accredited diagnostic laboratory is seeking a highly qualified Medical Testing Laboratory Manager to oversee the full spectrum of operations within its clinical testing facility. This is a key leadership opportunity for someone with deep expertise in laboratory science, regulatory compliance, and team management.🧪 About the RoleThe Laboratory Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining high standards of quality and compliance (ISO 15189), managing laboratory personnel, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to support efficient, accurate testing services.🔍 Key ResponsibilitiesManage and lead laboratory staff across all operational and technical areasOversee workflow, sample turnaround, and testing accuracyEnsure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks (IQC, EQA)Maintain quality assurance programs and support accreditation auditsCoordinate with GPs, consultants, and hospital partnersSupervise laboratory information systems (LIS) and related technologiesHandle equipment oversight, inventory, and operational planning✅ Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or related fieldAt least 7 years of full-time clinical laboratory experience, including 2 years in a senior/promotional post (e.g., Senior or Specialist Medical Scientist)CORU registration is requiredDemonstrated experience in clinical lab management or supervisionStrong working knowledge of ISO 15189, IQC, and EQA systemsExcellent communication, leadership, and organizational skillsProficiency with laboratory information systems and technologyProfessional certifications (e.g., ASCP, AMT) are advantageous🌟 Role HighlightsOpportunity to lead operations in a growing and accredited clinical diagnostics facilityInvolvement in high-impact testing initiatives supporting public and private healthcare sectorsKey leadership role in a fast-paced, quality-driven lab environmentWork with an experienced and collaborative team in a mission-focused settingInterested in advancing your career in medical laboratory leadership?
