💰 Salary: £30,000 – £33,000 per annumWe are seeking a dedicated Quality Controller to support our growing manufacturing operations in Gloucester. This role is vital to ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality, compliance, and reliability. You will be inspecting Stainless Steel and Aluminium parts, components, and machinery, verifying they meet required specifications, and ensuring documentation aligns with Good Documentation Practice (GDP).🔧 Key Responsibilities:Conduct detailed inspections of components and finished productsPerform in-process quality checks and oversee batch releaseEnsure adherence to internal quality standards and industry regulationsMaintain clear, accurate records in line with GDPCollaborate closely with the Director to maintain and implement compliance with AS9100 standardsSupport continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and efficiency✅ What We’re Looking For:Previous experience in a quality control or inspection role, ideally within an engineering or manufacturing environmentSolid understanding of quality standards, inspection processes, and documentation practicesFamiliarity with Stainless Steel and Aluminium manufacturing is advantageousWorking knowledge of AS9100 is desirableStrong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solvingHigh attention to detail and a commitment to accuracyThis is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a hands-on, quality-focused role and wants to be part of a company that values excellence in engineering and manufacturing.
