- Supporting market leads and product teams in gathering, analysing, and interpreting market data for strategic business planning.
- Carrying out customer market research projects in line with company strategies and objectives.
- Managing and developing Power BI dashboards for market analysis.
- Supporting market leads and product teams with competitor activity analysis.
- Managing and evaluating vendors to ensure quality marketing research and reports that provide value for money.
- A bachelor's degree in animal science, marketing, business, or a related field, with relevant experience in market insight, customer research, or marketing roles within the animal feed, agricultural, or biotechnology industries..
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an advanced level is essential; experience with Power BI and CRM systems such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365 is highly desirable.
- Several years of experience in a market insights, marketing or animal nutrition sector role
- Data driven with the ability to manage complex datasets and integration of market data with other business data
- Fluent English communication skills are essential
