- Salary of £42,000 per annum + service charge (around £47,000+)
- Create the menu for the Café within the restaurant, for the lunch and baked items, and develop and cost the goods and help the development and growth of the newly opened café.
- Bake and cook fresh items daily - cakes, pastries, breads, tarts and prepare light seasonal dishes, like salads, soups, and sandwiches.
