- Acting as the key link between clients and candidates
- Using sales, marketing, and business development to win new clients
- Building strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
- Writing and posting job adverts on various platforms and social media
- Proactively sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Matching candidate skills to client job requirements
- Organising interviews and managing feedback throughout the process
- Advising clients and candidates on market trends, salaries, and opportunities
- Negotiating rates, salaries, and final offers between candidates and clients
- Ensuring compliance and quality standards are met at all times
- Working towards (and smashing!) individual and team targets
- Collaborating with your team to share best practices and ideas
- Supporting invoicing, rate calculations, and reporting
If you’re confident, motivated, and excited about sales and people, we’ll teach you the rest.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or hospitality is desirable
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Commercial awareness and an interest in business development
- Confidence to make phone calls and meet clients face-to-face
- Highly organised and able to juggle priorities
- Resilient, target-driven, and comfortable working to KPIs
- A team player who’s also self-motivated and proactive
