- Manage and enhance multiple HR platforms to support HR and end users
- Optimise reporting capabilities to deliver reports and dashboards on metrics such as headcount, diversity, and compensation
- Provide first-line HRIS support and deliver training to users
- Maintain and ensure data integrity through regular audits and validation
- In collaboration with HR teams and vendors lead, manage and support HR system enhancements, processes, integrations, maintenance, and issue resolution
