We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Special Educational Needs Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming primary school community in Salford M6. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children to reach their full potential, both academically and personally.The successful candidate will work closely with class teachers and the school’s SEN team to provide tailored support for pupils with additional needs. This will involve helping to deliver learning activities, adapting resources to meet individual requirements, and offering encouragement that promotes confidence, independence, and progress. Building positive relationships with pupils, staff, and families will be a key part of the role, as will demonstrating patience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to inclusive education.We are seeking someone who brings energy, resilience, and a caring nature to the classroom. Experience of working with children with special educational needs is desirable, but what matters most is a willingness to learn, a flexible approach, and the drive to make a difference in the lives of young learners. All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
