- GCSE Maths and English or equivalent
- Previous NHS experience
- Use of Microsoft office packages
- Good communication skills, at all levels and across a range of individuals including clinical staff and patients
- Previous experience of supervising a team
- Experience of having worked to performance targets and within a service level agreement
- Previous experience of supervising a team Previous experience managing change
- Experience of coaching/teaching of staff
- Awareness and understanding of patient tracking list management
- Excellent customer care skills and experience of working within a customer facing environment
- Demonstration of the ability to motivate self and others
- Track record of being a good team worker
- Evidence of initiating skills and working practices to develop local protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours, as the service requires
- Ability to work across multiple sites
- Has experience of working in Patient Access
