- Oversee the day-to-day running of a successful Ford and Mazda sales department.
- Motivate and lead a high-performing sales team to exceed targets.
- Manage sales enquiries and leads, allocating effectively and monitoring performance.
- Drive results and customer satisfaction while maintaining strong relationships with both customers and manufacturer partners.
- Ensure performance meets the standards set by Vospers and the brand manufacturer.
- Champion best practices in customer service and sales processes.
- Minimum 3 years experience in a Sales Manager or General Sales Manager role within the motor industry.
- Proven track record in achieving car sales targets and managing successful sales teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and people management skills.
- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on, motivational management style.
- Ability to work under pressure while keeping the customer at the heart of every decision.
