Description:Charlotte Medical Practice is a friendly, forward-thinking practice with a supportive working environment, based in modern, purpose-built premises, with a list size of 9,500 patients. We consist of 7 partners, 2 Advanced Nurse Practitioners, 2 General Practice Nurses and 3 CTAC Senior Heathcare Support Workers. We also have working in the building a Pharmacist & Pharmacy Technician, Mental Health Nurses, MSK Advanced Practitioner, Community Link and we also have access to ANP-led Urgent Care.We are looking for a self-motivated, committed Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated, friendly team. The ideal candidate will possess advanced clinical skills and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care.
