  • Effectively and efficiently setting and operating various CNC machines using planning sheets, tooling, gauges and materials provided.
  • Maintain a good volume of work through the machine using the guidelines of times given on the Planning Sheets or a time given as a result of a time request.
The essential requirements of the job include:
  • Hold an ONC/HNC or equivalent qualification or be qualified by experience
  • Skill centre course/in-house trained (skilled) with the ability to read engineering drawings, be able to maintain a high level of accuracy
  • Maintain safe working practices at all times, whilst working as part of a team
