- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Processing orders and liaising with a warehouse and 3PL
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, ensuring satisfaction with the outcome.
- Provide detailed information about products and services to assist customers in their decision-making process.
- Process customer transactions and returns accurately and in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using internal systems.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer service experience.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to the customer service department as required.
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably within the retail industry.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact effectively with customers.
- A positive attitude and a problem-solving approach to handle queries and complaints.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and basic office software.
- An hourly rate of approximately £12.50 - £15 phr based on experience and skills.
