- Oversee the end-to-end customer booking process, ensuring customer satisfaction and optimising profitability.
- Accurately perform data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records on in house and external platforms.
- Professionally manage incoming phone calls, demonstrating courteous and effective communication skills.
- Assist in scheduling removals and installations, coordinating team calendars efficiently.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, photocopying, and document scanning, as required.
- Solid proficiency with office software and digital tools.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred, though not essential.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues and clients.
- High attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks performed.
