An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated Management Accountant with strong analytical skills and impeccable attention to detail. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organising financial data to support decision-making processes.This position is term-time only + 2 weeks.
  • Preparing monthly management accounts and year-end financial statements
  • Assisting in the annual budget process and conducting regular budget reviews
  • Providing financial advice to non-finance staff across the organisation
  • Ensuring financial compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Analysing financial performance and making longer-term forecasts
  • Participating in internal and external audits
  • Implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures
Term-time + 2 weeks|4 days in the office per weekA successful Management Accountant should have:
  • Actively studying towards qualification (ACCA, CIMA or similar) or QBE
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the not-for-profit sector is essential
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-finance colleagues
