- OTE: £39,000+
- Working Hours: 45 hours a week with alternative Saturdays
- Leading, coaching, and motivating the Parts Sales team to exceed sales targets
- Monitoring KPIs and acting quickly to address performance gaps
- Collaborating with management to launch local campaigns and promotions
- Building lasting relationships with new and existing trade customers
- Conducting regular performance reviews to support team development
- Ensuring accurate use of business systems and adherence to internal processes
- Supporting logistics and delivery coordination to optimise service levels
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of products and competitor activity.
- Proven experience managing a B2B sales team (automotive sector preferred)
- A strong understanding of customer needs and how to build value-added relationships
- The ability to inspire, lead, and develop a team toward ambitious targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid IT skills, including Microsoft Office proficiency
- A results-focused approach and the drive to exceed expectations
- An interest in the automotive industry or aftermarket sector is a plus
- Basic Salary up to £35,000 basic
