
Legal Secretary (Litigation)

- You'll be providing vital secretarial and administrative support to solicitors dealing with a broad range of litigation matters, mainly property litigation.
- Audio and copy typing legal documents and correspondence
- Preparing and amending client documentation
- Diary management and arranging appointments
- Liaising with clients, courts, and external bodies
- Managing files, opening and closing matters
- Assisting with billing and time recording
- Minimum of 1 years' experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within a property litigation department
- Strong typing and administrative skills
- Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
- A friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
- Confident using legal software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
