The Senior Carer role at Barchester Healthcare's Residential Care Home in Walton-on-Thames involves leading a team of care staff, administering and ordering medication, reviewing and updating resident care plans, and liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure the delivery of quality, person-centred care and support for the residents.
