Role overviewAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an Associate Director to join our Ipswich rural team.You'll be responsible for providing Consultancy and Management advice to various clients as well as ideally having valuation experience.You'll be based out of our Ipswich office, and your focus will be in the following areas:
  • To build new client relationships and identify and win new business.
  • Demonstrates the ability to identify and develop new service lines in response to opportunities that arrive.
  • Build work from wider Savills disciplines.
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage P&L debtors, WIP and invoicing, contributing to reforecasting and budgeting process.
  • Demonstrates the ability to provide balanced advice to clients on competing demands of land use.
  • Can demonstrate line management experience (where appropriate) and leadership skills.
  • Demonstrates the ability to review and learn from successes and failures.
  • Is able to demonstrate leadership qualities in multi-disciplinary jobs or complicated projects.
  • Has proven advanced project management and ideally valuation skills.
  • Demonstrates a thought leadership and innovative approach to winning new business and developing new service lines.

  • To set clear objectives in line with business strategy and to measure and manage performance against these.
  • To conduct regular 121 meetings, hold team meetings and complete probationary, interim and annual appraisals as per company guidance.
