  • Work with Product Owners/Managers, business users and functional / technical experts to translate business opportunities into a high level, technical, analytics and automation solutions.
  • Act as the interface between the Product Owner and Solution Architecture / Design to document requirements and user stories.
  • Contribute to business case quantification.
  • Creation and definition of key performance indictors to measure the business value delivered by automation and analytics initiatives.
  • Validation of high-level designs, deliverables and timelines to meet business expectations.
  • Validation and communication of value delivered by analytics and automation solutions.
  • Represent the Intelligent Process Automation team in internal and external forums, promoting and driving a Vodafone UK analytics and automation strategy.
  • Support the facilitation of the framework for Business led no code delivery approaches for IPA technologies.
  • Management of the ideation techniques and frameworks offered from the IPA Centre of Excellence
Who you are
  • Experience in solving business problems with automation solutions, in particular human guided automation, business process management systems and robotic process automation.
  • Proficient in Agile Development and Continuous Improvement methodologies
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with experience of working with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Project Management experience, especially in managing multi-functional teams and holding others to account.
  • Strong commercial skills, able to evaluate and measure business value and ROI
  • Six Sigma. Green, Black or Master Black Belt Six Sigma qualified is desired but not required
