Salary: £400–£450 per week (PAYE)Vision for Education is recruiting a Behaviour Support Assistant to join a mainstream secondary school in Coniston on a full-time basis, starting in September 2025.About the RoleAre you passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning? Do you have a natural ability to build relationships and offer positive support to students who need it most?We’re seeking a dedicated Behaviour Support Assistant to work across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Years 7–11).
