We are seeking a proactive and customer focused First Line Support Engineer to join our IT team in London. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all IT-related queries and will provide basic troubleshooting and support to end users, with a focus on Google Workspace, Active Directory, and Office 365.Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the first point of contact for all IT support queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), software, and peripheral devices.
  • Support users with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
  • Manage user accounts and group memberships in Active Directory.
  • Provide user support and basic administration for Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Log and track all incidents and requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
  • Escalate more complex issues to second-line or third-line support teams as necessary.
  • Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware preparation.
  • Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles for common support tasks.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security protocols.
