First Line Support Engineer - £160 per day (Inside IR35)

- Act as the first point of contact for all IT support queries via phone, email, or ticketing system.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for hardware (PCs, laptops, printers), software, and peripheral devices.
- Support users with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Manage user accounts and group memberships in Active Directory.
- Provide user support and basic administration for Office 365 applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.).
- Log and track all incidents and requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely updates and resolution.
- Escalate more complex issues to second-line or third-line support teams as necessary.
- Assist in onboarding/offboarding processes, including account setup and hardware preparation.
- Maintain clear documentation and knowledge base articles for common support tasks.
- Ensure adherence to IT policies and data security protocols.
