Private Client Locum SolicitorOur client, a well-regarded firm in Sussex are looking for a Private Client Locum Solicitor with a minimum of 3 years PQE to join the team for a minimum of three months whilst they recruit on a permanent basis. The position offers a hybrid working arrangement and the opportunity to collaborate with a highly esteemed group of private client solicitors.The workload will consist of:

Wills, Probate, Trusts and LPA’s
Estate Administration
Lasting powers of attorney
Obtaining the Grant of Probate
Dealing/Distributing with the Estate Accounts
