This is an appealing opportunity for a graduate teaching assistant to kick start their career in the education sector whilst gaining a deeper understanding of the curriculum development and classroom dynamic.A graduate with a degree graded 2:2 or above is recommended for this role and a graduate with work experience with children is desirable but not an essential requirement. Relevant experience for the Teaching Assistant role could include tutoring, coaching, mentoring, childcare, assisting in a nursery, or similar experience within a classroom. Experience supporting children with ASD, behavioral issues and learning difficulties would be extremely beneficial for this role.
