Contract Type: Fixed Term from January 2026 to August 2027Grade and Salary: Grade 8 starting at £47,389 to £ 56,535 per annum, pro rata if part time.Closing date: Applications must be received by midnight of the closing date.Expected Interview Date: 22nd SeptemberExpected start date: January 2026About the roleThe Department of Strategy and Marketing (S&M) is seeking to recruit a full-time Education & Scholarship Lecturer (E&S) in Strategy and Marketing with a focus on global strategy and marketing.The candidate will work closely with colleagues in the department to deliver and develop a range of modules offered in our portfolio (indicatively: marketing strategy, international marketing, marketing analytics, consumer research and consumer behavior, the global business environment). Key aspects of the role include:
  • Delivering lectures, seminars, and workshops, including curriculum design, assessment, and student mentoring.
  • Managing course-related tasks, contributing to departmental operations, and participating in faculty committees.
  • Guiding students on academic and professional development, including supervision of dissertations or research projects.
Applicants for this Education and Scholarship Pathway Lectureship must be able to demonstrate a track record of excellence in teaching.
