Job DescriptionWhat you'll doIn this role, you will care for an adult with complex needs, supporting personal care and community activities such as swimming and days out, while receiving full training and clinical support to develop skills in areas like tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care; as a Complex Care Assistant, you'll work with clients of all ages affected by spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, acquired brain injuries, and other complex conditions in their homes and communities, facing new challenges daily and making a meaningful difference by enhancing their quality of life while expanding your own expertise.QualificationsWhat you'll needA full UK driving licence with access to a car is required for this role.You don't need complex care experience to apply for this role as this is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills and become part of a team that makes a real difference.
