Teaching Personnel is working closely with a number of secondary schools across Cardiff to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated English Teacher for full-time or part-time positions starting September 2025.Whether you’re a newly qualified teacher (ECT/NQT) or an experienced educator, we want to hear from you.📚 Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and deliver engaging English lessons to Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4 pupils
  • Monitor student progress and provide effective feedback
  • Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment
  • Prepare pupils for GCSE English exams
  • Collaborate with the English department and contribute to whole-school development
✅ What We're Looking For:
  • UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
  • Strong subject knowledge and passion for English language and literature
  • Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills
  • A commitment to student development and achievement
  • Flexibility to work full-time or part-time
