- Develop and execute strategies to drive business growth in new and existing markets
- Conduct timely and precise forecasting to establish predictable and recurring revenue targets
- Achieve sales objectives within the assigned segment, while efficiently managing costs and gross margin
- Proficient in cold calling to generate leads and drive sales growth
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with business partners and customers
- Lead negotiations and conclude deals with clients and customers
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge
- Represent DKSH at industry events and trade shows
- Degree/Masters in Polymer Science / Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or proven industry background and experience
- Proven technical & sales management experience is preferred
- Deep knowledge of industry and trends for the Specialty Chemicals Industry, specifically within plastics, composites, rubber, and fibres
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Highly motivated and target driven with good time-management skills
- Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
