- Plan, advise and modify as required maintenance scheduling of machinery and Plant.
- Carry out immediate repairs of production equipment and machines in the case of breakdowns with regards to all elements of failure i.e. mechanical, electrical, hydraulic , pneumatic etc.
- Installation, commissioning and maintenance of new equipment
- Maintain the technical infrastructure of the UK plant building.
- Plan, order and administrate spare parts and Production related consumables..
- Assist the central technical departments in carrying out technical changes and improvements including relocations / Modifications
- Create, modify and follow Optimise procedures
- Reduce year on year maintenance costs and ensure delivery of preventative maintenance KPI's
- Several years' experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- City and Guilds 2330 Electrical Installation Level 2
- Electrical Installation Level 3
- IEE 17 th Wiring Regulations
- City and Guild Level 3 Maintenance Engineering
- IPAF Access licence
- BTEC National Certificate in Electronics
- Pneumatik Fest/City and Guild
