  • Supporting children's individual needs and ensuring their well-being
  • Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
  • Maintaining a safe and hygienic environment
To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and attributes:
  • Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare (or equivalent)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-5 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A caring and patient nature
  • Flexibility and a willingness to work as part of a team
