At TP Tutors, we specialise in delivering personalised one-to-one and small group tuition to learners who need extra support.We’re currently looking for experienced and compassionate English Teachers to provide tailored tuition across Calverton and the surrounding areas in Nottinghamshire.About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to deliver English tuition outside the traditional classroom setting and truly make a difference.You’ll be working directly with students in their homes or local community venues around Calverton, providing engaging and structured lessons that are tailored to individual learning plans.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-quality English tuition (1:1 or in small groups)Adapt lessons to suit various learning styles and abilitiesSimplify complex topics to aid understanding and build confidenceProvide clear, constructive written feedback after each sessionFollow safeguarding and child protection policies at all timesWhat We’re Looking ForStrong subject knowledge of the English curriculumExperience supporting students with SEND and/or SEMH needsExcellent communication, planning, and organisational skillsA patient, empathetic, and flexible approach to teachingCurrent safeguarding trainingEnhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)What We OfferFlexible working hours to fit around your scheduleCompetitive pay: £25–£30 per hour
