  • Translate data into meaningful analysis that drives performance, value for money, and service improvement.
  • Represent finance at senior forums and external stakeholder meetings, influencing beyond the organisation.

  • A fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACCA/ACA) or qualified by extensive and relevant experience.
  • Proven experience working as a Finance Business Partner in a large, complex, or regulated organisation.
  • Strong strategic and technical finance skills, with the ability to influence senior decision-makers and navigate political environments.
  • Excellent communicator with a collaborative mindset and strong stakeholder management skills.
