We are currently seeking a driven and experienced Quality Control Manager to join their global team.In this pivotal role, you'll lead the charge in enhancing the Quality Control function-boosting capability, increasing efficiency, and strengthening capacity, particularly within the AQL system and quarantine disposition processes.You'll be a key player in ensuring products meet rigorous quality specifications and maintain the highest standards across the board.Key Responsibilities:Oversee and continuously improve quality control policies and proceduresManage and develop a team of quality control professionalsLead training in measurement and assessment techniques, including calibration equipmentMake decisions on non-conforming product dispositionEnsure production quality is consistently aligned with specificationsDrive innovation in quality control through the adoption of new technologies and techniquesFoster a strong customer-focused approach within quality processesWhat We're Looking For:Proven experience as a quality control professionalStrong background in managing and mentoring quality control teamsAdvanced metrology skills, including CMM machine programmingSolid understanding of geometric tolerancing and calibrationA degree in Engineering or a related field is preferredKey Personal Attributes:Excellent communication and active listening skillsSelf-motivated with a positive, "can-do" attitudeHigh levels of integrity, fairness, and discretionA collaborative team player who leads with authenticity and transparencyDetail-oriented, process-driven, and proactive in suggesting improvementsWorking Hours:Monday to Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PMFriday: 9:00 AM - 4:30 PMIf you're ready to bring your expertise to a company that values innovation, integrity, and continuous improvement, we'd love to hear from you.Adecco acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
