- Lead the design and delivery of workforce strategies and people initiatives
- Provide expert HR advice and challenge conventional practices to drive improvement
- Coach leaders through organisational change, including TUPE, redundancy, and complex ER cases
- Deliver projects aligned with strategic goals and workforce planning
- Use data insights to inform decisions and improve outcomes
- Partner with recruitment, L&D, and OD teams to embed best practices
- Promote ethical leadership and resolve complex people issues with professionalism
- Influence senior stakeholders and support continuous improvement in people practices
- Degree in HR, OD, or related field, with CIPD Level 5 or above
- Strong experience managing complex people and organisational challenges
- Skilled in coaching, influencing, and stakeholder engagement
- Proficient in using data to drive decisions and shape strategy
- Deep understanding of employment law and employee relations
- Experienced in leading change and delivering impactful HR projects
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to navigate sensitive conversations and promote ethical leadership
- Circa £41,000 annual salary
- 26 days of annual leave (excluding bank holidays), increasing with length of service
