
Senior Resourcing and Continuous Improvement Specialist

- Model and forecast staffing needs across Health Coaching, CS Core, and Calls.
- Partner with People and Finance to support hiring and staffing decisions, including FTC/FTE planning, onboarding ramps, and rota optimisation.
- Help each team strike the right balance between member engagement goals, operational efficiency, and people wellbeing.
- Design and implement scalable operational systems, reducing reliance on manual processes.
- Build centralised frameworks for shift planning, resourcing, and workload distribution.
- Identify automation opportunities and lead system integrations to increase efficiency.
- Build and maintain dashboards and SQL queries to track service delivery and resource usage.
- Translate data into actionable insights for senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Support strategic decision-making through scenario modelling and cost-to-serve analysis.
- Lead initiatives to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and risks across operations.
- Implement structured methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive sustainable improvements.
- Establish feedback loops to ensure ongoing optimisation of processes and tools.
- Champion adoption of new tools and processes across all teams.
- Deliver training and support materials to ensure smooth transitions.
- Act as a bridge between Ops, People, Finance, and Product to ensure systems meet business needs.
- Strong track record in systemising operations and building scalable processes.
- Experience with workforce planning, capacity modelling, and operational analytics.
- Proficiency in SQL and advanced Google Sheets/Excel; BI tools (e.g. Looker, Metabase, Tableau) a plus.
- Background in continuous improvement (Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen or similar preferred).
- Demonstrated success in implementing new systems, automation tools, or integrations.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to influence and drive adoption across cross-functional teams.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to balance efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness.
